You get the feeling of being at home at Country Manor, not the feeling of being in a large apartment complex.Country Manor is all by itself at the West border of Conway.  It backs up to the DNR Nature Trail and miles of farm land.There is a pleasant view of a private court yard in front and only trees and vacant land in back.This is part of your view to the West. It is quite different than the rows of other apartments and parked cars you might see if you were living in an apartment complex.
The DNR network of nature trails is right out you door.  You'll watch all sorts of birds and see deer and other wild life while on leisurely walks.  In the Winter you can cross country ski on this trail.  It goes all the way to Mackinaw City.View Crooked Lake daily at the end of your street.  Every time you leave home and turn onto US 31, you'll have this great view.Your beach is right next to the Indlnd House Condos.  From here you can take a boat, or even kayak, on a beautiful journey through The Inland Waterway all the way to  Cheboygan and into Lake Huron.  Or, you could stay in Croked Lake and enjoy all sorts of water and boating activities.Little Traverse Twp. Park and Beach.  Its only three short blocks away.  You can walk there.  This swimming beach is nice and sandy.
Walk four short blocks to Little Traverse Boat Launch.  While you are there have breakfast or lunch across the street at Beaches Log Cabin Caf''e.Inspect the "Crooked River Express rail road coach-cars, restored to perfection.  Just a little further down the road visit the Conway Fish Hatchery's rail car.  Feed the big fish and watch them jump out of the water.  Take your freinds down below a live trout stream.  Actually watch trout tread water while feeding, all throught the large glass bunker.Extra large living room windows. Apartment #201 has an extra large living room window. The view is nothing but trees and open country as far as you can see. On Winter nights you can see the bright white glow coming from the lights at Nubs Nob Ski Hills. One of the bedrooms has a walk in closet. The apartment is quiet and peaceful.
